I am a queer, neurodivergent, trauma-informed occupational therapist and yoga teacher based in Durham, NC. My work explores the middle path between the modern sciences of occupational therapy and the ancient wisdom of yoga.
Enriched by lived experience and deep personal study, I offer private and group yoga teaching to trauma-surviving, neurodivergent, and queer folx, especially those who feel on the margins of the yoga studio and society. My approach is choice-centered, inclusive, sustainable, and evidence-based, attending to safety, pacing, and daily life contexts.
Together we can explore the principles of occupational therapy and practices of yoga that support rest, regulation, and resilient participation in daily life.
If you’re looking for yoga that feels safe, approachable, and applicable to daily living, then maybe you’ve just found your middle path.
