And you might be here because you look "fine" on the outside but feel burned out, overwhelmed, overstimulated, tired, or disconnected on the inside. You might even be queer, neurodivergent, and/or a survivor of trauma. Maybe you're in a helping or healing role always giving more than you receive.
I am an integrative occupational therapist and yoga teacher based in Durham, NC, and I help people just like you take the practices and therapeutic benefits of yoga off the mat and into daily life. My work explores the middle path between the modern science of occupational therapy and the ancient wisdom of yoga.
The spaces and experiences I create are approachable, inclusive, and evidenced-based. They're tailored to support nervous system regulation, easeful movement, and resilient participation in the activities and roles that make life meaningful.
Together we can listen to the subtle, and not-so-subtle, messages of the mind-body and respond (instead of react) in ways that are compassionate, accessible and values-aligned. That is your middle path. I’d be honored to walk it alongside you.
