1:1 Therapeutic Yoga (In-Person & Virtual)

Who This is For

This is for those who want to bring the yoga practices and their therapeutic benefits out of the studio, off the mat, and into daily life in ways that feel practical, compassionate, and sustainable through 1:1 in-person or virtual sessions. Together we can combine the ancient wisdom of yoga with the modern science of occupational therapy to support you in nervous system regulation, easeful movement, and resilient participation in the activities and roles that make life meaningful.

This work is especially supportive if you are:

  • Healing from trauma, recovering from burnout, or managing stress.
  • Queer, neurodivergent, or in a helping role where you give a lot but struggle to refill your own cup.
  • Feeling “fine” on the outside, but inside you’re tired, overstimulated, or disconnected.

What You Can Expect

1. Optional Clarity Call (15 minutes)

Schedule a free 15 minute clarity call with me to make an initial connection and ensure that this is a good fit for both of us. I'll be happy to answer any of your questions and we can discuss next steps.

2. Initial Intake (60 minutes)
We’ll start with a one-hour intake session where I get to know you better (your values, your roles in life, what you enjoy, what feels challenging, etc.). We’ll explore how you currently relate to yoga (mindfulness, breathing, movement, and rest) and set goals together for what you’d like to feel, change, or create through this work.

3. Personalized Sessions (60 minutes)
In our ongoing one-to-one sessions, we’ll:

  • Check in on how you’re doing and make sense of what’s coming up.
  • Explore mindfulness, movement, breathing, meditation, rest, and other practices to see what resonates and supports you.
  • Identify strategies to integrate these tools into your daily routines, environments, and relationships with both self and others.
  • Adjust as we go by throwing out what doesn’t work and leaning into what does.

4. Between Sessions (where the real magic happens)
You’ll receive guidance and accountability to engage in practices, reflections, or resources to support you during the week. You’re also welcome to email me with questions or updates between sessions.

Therapeutic Yoga is Not Therapy

1:1 Therapeutic Yoga isn’t therapy or a substitute for therapy. It’s a supported exploration of the connection between body, mind, routines, and environment. Together, we’ll listen to your mind-body’s messages and respond in ways that are compassionate, accessible, and sustainable.

Regulate & Restore: A Yoga-Centered Community for OTPs (Virtual)

Who This Is For

If you’re an OTP (occupational therapist, assistant, or student) feeling burned out, disillusioned, disconnected, under-supported, or isolated, R&R for OTPs is the place to connect, breathe, move, rest, and share the load with those that get it (the load everyone writes about online but rarely talks about face-to-face). This will especially resonate with you if you are familiar with or open to learning more about polyvagal theory, practices centering interoceptive awareness, mindful self-compassion, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma-informed approaches through the lenses of occupational therapy and yoga.

What This Is

In our first pilot session of R&R for OTPs, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Introduce yourself and connect with fellow OTPs who understand the unique challenges of our profession.
  • Engage in a yoga practice lead by Logan (mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement designed to regulate and restore). No props or prior yoga experience is needed to participate.
  • Share your ideas, experiences, and feedback to help shape future sessions and build a community that truly supports us.

In effort to be sensitive to trauma and affirming of all neurotypes, your level of participation and contribution is completely up to you.

What This Is Not

This isn’t a fix for burnout or the systemic issues shaping our work. This is a space to pause intentionally, reflect mindfully, respond compassionately, and support one another graciously so that you can show up as your most authentic self in every role, occupation, and environment.
