I am a queer, neurodivergent, trauma-informed occupational therapist and yoga teacher based in Durham, NC. My work explores the middle path between the modern sciences of occupational therapy and the ancient wisdom of yoga.
Rooted in lived experience and deep personal study, I offer private and group yoga to trauma-surviving, neurodivergent, and queer folx, especially those who feel on the margins of the yoga studio and society. My approach promotes accessibility, inclusion, and autonomy through awareness, curiosity, and learning to respond instead of react to the ebbs and flow of life on and off the mat.
Together we can explore the principles of occupational therapy and practices of yoga that support rest, regulation, and resilient participation in daily life.
If you’re looking for yoga that feels safe, approachable, and practical, then maybe you’ve just found your middle path.
